Have been to many Jingle Ball shows in other cities. specifically came to NYC for this lineup. Overall, too many ads and interruptions - nearly 4 hr show could have been 3 hrs of high quality performing.  Jelly Roll deserved more props - underdog, and one of the best acts. (guess the 14 yr old girls don't know him). I like the addition of country. One Republic surprised me with their quick pivots and energy. Sabrina Carpenter oozed over the stage like a teenage porn star and had little depth or variety. SZA is always stellar, including the little surprise sampling of Rich Baby Daddy. She was the one I looked forward to most. OLIVIA RODRIGO, who never really impressed me on the radio (just like all the other youngens who sing about failed romance) BUT SHE STOLE THE SHOW. I'm a tough critic - but she was over the top.

The singers we great when they came on. Didn’t appreciate so many commercials and long breaks between singers. I wouldn’t go back.

Each artist performed for a really short time, the breaks between them were long and it definitely didn’t worth it by the price that I paid

Compared to last years Jingle Ball this one was poor in comparison. Should have been rescheduled when they lost two big acts that the kids were specifically coming for Attendance was low Performers were inappropriate for age groups they were performing for Will not waste the money again

Everyone was Great. Except Usher terrible performer.

Had 4 tickets- kids were super excited. Parked and went to get our tickets scanned and they put up signs that said the top 3 acts weren't performing. So disappointing!! We left and asking for a refund.
